Caroline Libresco is a leading film curator, producer, program strategist and creative who shares her valuable insight and experience with students and aspiring filmmakers. She recently wrapped 18 years as senior programmer at the Sundance Film Festival, where she co-led documentary programming, spearheaded international competitions, and participated in narrative feature selections. She also co-founded the Sundance Institute Creative Producing Program and led the Sundance Women’s Initiative. As founding director and chief curator of Sundance Catalyst, she built a community of 100+ creative investors, raising $31+ million in six years for 89 films, including Truffle Hunters, Crip Camp, Social Dilemma, Sorry to Bother You, Won’t You Be My Neighbor, and The Witch.
