Refund policy
DVDs lost or damaged in transit are eligible for a replacement DVD or refund if requested unless the damage is incurred by the customer.
Accidental duplicate orders or unintended screening licenses orders will be refunded if requested.
We can issue partial refunds for purchases of public fundraiser licenses that want to be exchanged for regular screening licenses.
We can apply partial discounts with eligible codes on selected films
Refunds will not be given 60 days after purchase.
We cannot give refunds for low event turnout.
