Piotr Rosolowski is a Polish director, screenwriter, and cinematographer, co-author of Academy Award®-nominated short documentary film Rabbit a la Berlin (2009) and co-director of Domino Effect (2014), The Prince and the Dybbuk (2018), and The Hamlet Syndrome (2022) with Elwira Niewiera. Director of photography of many awarded feature and short films, among them Academy Award®-nominated short fiction On the Line (2007) dir. Reto Caffi.

Expertise
I am documentary filmmaker with more than 20 years of experience and long track record of Internationally acclaimed films. Last 4 years I spent in Ukraine working on The Hamlet Syndrome. On the basis of the film I can speak about how to turn an artistic vision into a successful documentary film. I have also an insight into current situation in Ukraine and can speak about role of art during a political and military conflict.

Speaking History
We have already presented our films at many prestigious festivals such as: Venice Film Festival, Locarno Film Festival, Doc NYC Film Festival, Hot Docs Film Festival, Lincoln Center NY, Brooklyn Academy of Music NY, and many others. I was also giving guest film lectures at the Silesia University in Poland and Film University Konrad Wolf / Berlin, Germany.
